INTRODUCTION:
DIGITAL HOT AIR OVEN-MICROPROCESSOR PID BASED IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGN TO CATER THE NEEDS IN   LABORATORY, CHEMICAL, QUALITY CONTROL,   R & D,    GLASSWARE   DRYING  AND ANALYTICAL WORK.
 
APPLICATION:

Eminently suitable for Laboratory & Industrial uses such as Drying, Curing, Melting, Sterilizing, Baking of varnish, Tracing of various substances, Moisture removing, Plant testing in Agriculture, Dehydration, Pre Heating of Raw Material like Soil, Plastic Granule etc. etc.

CONSTRUCTION:
Modern in design and rigid in construction. Double walled body. Inner chamber made of Stainless Steel and outer body made of Mild Steel duly heat resistance powder coated paint. 75mm thick glass-wool insulation is provided between the two chambers. Door is fitted with electroplated hinges with spring and roller bolt locking or Magnetic latch.

By solid state electronic DIGI.TEMP.INDICATOR CUM CONTROLLER (MICROPROCESSOR BASED PID CONTROLLER)

 
HEATING ELEMENTS :

THESE ARE MADE OF IMPORTED NICHROME/KANTHAL WIRES WOUND IN spiral form and placed and distributed equally to ensure uniform heat in the working chamber. Heaters are based on Asbestos sheets through porcelain refractoriness insulators. All heaters are working on black heat principle therefore automatically provided safety in operation & extended heater life. Heaters are easily replaceable.
