CONSTRUCTION:
“NOVA” Digital Light Weight Muffle Furnace is having triple chamber construction. The outer chamber is fabricated from heavy gauge Mild Steel duly powder coated. The middle chamber is also made of heavy gauge Mild Steel duly resistant painted.

Approx.1” air insulation between outer chamber and middle chamber will minimize heat losses and protectouter chamber from being heated up. The most inner chamber (Working Chamber) is of high allumina ceramic material surrounded by heating coil specially made of Kanthal A-1 bare wire in spiral foam.

A thick insulation of cerwool blanket and/or block will be provided between inner and middle chamber to transfer maximum heat energy to the working chamber and prevent the heat losses.

This system will generate and transfer the heat very fast and with min. heat loss and thus the maximum temperature of 900 Deg.C approx. can be achieved in half the time compare to brick lining furnace having same heater Wattage Rating,……The system is power consumption saver.

 
UNIQUE DESIGNED DOOR SERVE AS PLATFORM WHEN OPENED AND ALSO HOT ZONE FACING DOWN PROVIDES MORE SAFETY TO THE OPERATOR.
 
INCUBATORS  AS PER CUSTOMER’S SPECIFICATION/DESIGN & SIZE CAN BE MFD.
The front of the furnace is also provided with high temperature resistive syndhania sheet.
